Retail Sales Associate (Store Staff)

The Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) is the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment. This role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining store appearance, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-oriented individual to join our store team who wants to study about sales and marketing of the Japan's IP merchandising.

1. Job Description

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing accurate product information.

• Drive sales by recommending complementary items and sharing information about ongoing promotions.

Cashier & Checkout Operations

• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.

• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and gift wrapping according to company policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Stocking & Visual Merchandising

• Receive, unpack, and organize inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

• Replenish merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure the store is always fully stocked.

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, and organizing displays.

2. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• No prior retail experience required; previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled in high school or university are welcome to apply).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate boxes (up to 20kg).

• OTAKU is a big plus : Gundam, Pokemon (TCG), TCG, One Piece, Japanese Anime.

• Shift system (3 shifts)

• Probation period: 1 month

6. Salary and Allowances

• Hourly wage: 25,000 VND and above (salary increases based on ability)

• Parking fee covered by the company

• Salary increase: Generally once a year
