Retail / Store Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail / Store Development Specialist to lead our retail footprint expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end process of launching new directly-operated stores, from initial site scouting and mall negotiations to construction management and the final grand opening.

Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence by project-managing large-scale events and temporary pop-up stores in high-traffic locations. 1. Job Description

Site Scouting & Market Research

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new directly-operated stores, analyzing foot traffic, competitor presence, target demographics, and commercial viability.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and upcoming commercial real estate developments.

Lease Negotiation & Mall Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and shopping mall developers, building strong long-term relationships.

• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements to secure the best financial and operational conditions for the company.

• Manage the application and approval processes required by shopping malls and local authorities (Government).

Project Management & Construction Setup

• Oversee the design, construction, and fit-out process of new stores, working closely with internal designers, external contractors, and vendors.

• Manage project timelines, construction budgets, and procurement of store fixtures to ensure the store opens on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure all construction and store layouts comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and mall guidelines.

Pop-up Stores & Event Activation

• Plan, scout, and execute temporary pop-up stores and large-scale promotional event spaces in high-visibility areas.

• Coordinate the rapid setup and dismantling of temporary structures, managing logistics and on-site vendors efficiently.

  
  

2. Recruitment Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Store Development, Retail Project Management, or Commercial Real estate, specifically within the retail, food & beverage (F&B), or entertainment industries.

• Proven track record of successfully opening retail stores inside major shopping malls or managing large experiential events.

  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong understanding of commercial lease structures.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines across multiple locations.

• Ability to read and understand basic floor plans, blueprints, and technical design documents.

• Flexibility to travel frequently to prospective store sites and oversee on-site construction/event setups.

• Complete two-day weekend

• Fully flexible working hours

5. Salary and Allowances

• Total amount: 13 million VND and above

• Lunch and commuting allowances

• Salary increase and bonuses: Generally once a year, 13 months' salary, performance bonuses
