Store Manager (Hanoi)

The Store Manager is fully responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, and overall success of the assigned retail store. This role involves leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and managing operational costs. The Store Manager acts as a brand ambassador and a leader who fosters a positive working environment.

1. Job Description

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate store staff to build a high-performing and collaborative retail team.

• Manage staff scheduling to optimize store coverage while controlling labor costs.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee career growth.

Store Operations & Customer Experience

• Ensure a world-class customer service environment by modeling excellent service behaviors and resolving customer escalations effectively.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines to maximize product appeal and drive sales.

• Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, audits, and minimizing stock loss (shrinkage).

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.

2. Application Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• 3–5 years of retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Manager.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding retail sales quotas and KPIs.

• Ho Chi Minh : AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon x 2

  
  

4. Working Conditions

• Shift system (3 shifts)

• Complete two days off per week

• Probation period: 2 months

  
  

5. Salary and Benefits

• Gross Salary: 13 million VND and above

• Benefits: Lunch allowance, commuting allowance, position allowance, etc.

• Salary increase and bonuses: Generally once a year, 13-month salary + performance bonus
